What was built
A time study from video of the changeover on a small press, with no external activities and 410 seconds of stoppage. Moving tool preparation and tool return outside the stoppage cuts it to 333 seconds, 19% less (one case). The report also proposes tape position marks, a 1.2 cm wooden slat behind the piece, a tool case and a laser-line alternative.
